Thank you for taking time to do this!
Your message will encourage us (Proverbs226), as we are advocating for the fatherless children, across this nation.
We will send you an e-banner, with your dads!
Honestly, all of my memories with my dad are inside prison walls. I was to young to know a life with him outside of prison. Over the years we have written letters, had several phone calls, and shared many conversations at a visitation table. I have never given much thought to my favorite memory with him. I guess it is because I do not necessarily have one. That is because every letter, phone call, and visitation is so limited. So the time that I do get with him is very special and important. It is how we have bonded and built a really good relationship over many years. I consider myself very lucky and I thank Proverbs 226 for helping give a more intimate visitations for my dad and I.
My father, Norman R. Kaplan was the greatest father anyone could have. He was not only extremely intelligent he was incredibly present in my life. My mother became an alcoholic and was not able to care for our family, and my father gave up EVERYTHING (job, house, career) to hold the family together. He never was able to regain his career but my mother recovered and all of us thrived because of his selfless actions. My mother recovered as well.
My little girl hasn’t seen her dad since September 2018 which at that time she was 3 months shy of her first birthday. She loves her daddy and talks to him all the time those two are a handful.
My favorite father’s day memory was baking a cake shaped like a golf course to surprise him when he got home from work. My siblings and I were all young, but we loved covering our faces with the green icing and jumping into his arms when he got home. We were so proud of our handiwork. Love you, Dad!
He has been my hunting partner, something we are both passionate about for a long long time. I cherish the moments and live for hunting season every year.
It’s been almost 10 years since I lost my Daddy. I would give anything to have another day with him. He was such a kind soul, loving and strong. He was the most humble, down to earth man I’ve ever met. I was truly blessed for God to allow me to be his daughter. The morals, values and ethics that he taught me will forever live on through me. Frank Byrd was my Daddy and I will always be Daddy’s Little Girl. ❤️
Don’t know what I’d do without him!
My dad is the best! Although I dont have any pictures with him to post, I hold him dear to my heart just as I do my teddy bear! As long as we hold each other in our hearts we will never be a part! Happy Father’s Day to the best Dad in the entire world!!!! Love you Daddy Trail!

i love him so much. he is very supportive and has shaped my views and values more than anybody else in my family.
My dad is almost never home, but even when he isn’t, I still cherish all he’s done for me in the past. Maybe he wasn’t there when I was going through troubles, but he taught me a lot and I know that he loves me because he’s my dad and that’s what dads do.
My dad inspires me everyday. He grew up with nothing and worked hard his entire life to provide us with everything. He works long hours so I don’t get to see him as much as I want, but every night I wait for him to
come home so I can ask him about work and his day. He sacrificed so much personal happiness for us and I am forever grateful.
God Bless all the Fathers!
My dad acts a role model and a friend to me everyday. He always strives for me to become a better man and to continue to work for growth.
God Bless all the dads!
