Honestly, all of my memories with my dad are inside prison walls. I was to young to know a life with him outside of prison. Over the years we have written letters, had several phone calls, and shared many conversations at a visitation table. I have never given much thought to my favorite memory with him. I guess it is because I do not necessarily have one. That is because every letter, phone call, and visitation is so limited. So the time that I do get with him is very special and important. It is how we have bonded and built a really good relationship over many years. I consider myself very lucky and I thank Proverbs 226 for helping give a more intimate visitations for my dad and I.
